1.To complain about our MCP services or this website, email office@uestimates.com with "Complaint" in the subject line. Tell us what happened and what you would like us to do. We will acknowledge your complaint, look into it and tell you the outcome.

3.Askwick doesn't take orders yet. We'll publish our full complaints policy, including how shoppers and shops can complain about Askwick, before it takes its first order.
