1.1These terms apply when you visit or use uestimates.com ("the website").

1.2By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1.3Our Privacy policy explains how we use personal data, and our Cookie policy explains how we use cookies. If you buy our MCP services, your contract with us applies to them.

2.1The website is run by UESTIMATES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 12828848. Our registered office is 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.

2.2Askwick is a trading name of UESTIMATES LTD.

2.3In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean UESTIMATES LTD. "You" means the person using the website. If you use the website for a business, "you" also means that business.

2.4You can contact us at office@uestimates.com. Our full details are on our Company details page.

3.1The website explains our AI agents, our MCP services and Askwick, and lets you contact us.

3.2The information on the website is general information. It is not professional advice. Please take advice that fits your own situation before you rely on it.

3.3We do our best to keep the website accurate and up to date. We do not promise that it is complete, accurate or current at all times.

3.4We do not promise any result from our services, including that an AI assistant will show, choose or recommend your products or your business.

4.1You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.

4.2You must not:

(a)break any law or regulation, or help anyone else do so;

(b)give false details, or pretend to be another person or business;

(c)try to get unauthorised access to the website, our servers or any connected system;

(d)upload or send viruses, malware or any other harmful code;

(e)interfere with or overload the website, for example by a denial-of-service attack;

(f)access or copy the website by automated means in a way that ignores our robots.txt file or puts unreasonable load on our systems;

(g)send us unlawful, abusive or defamatory material through our forms;

(h)use the website to send unsolicited marketing.

4.3If you find a security weakness, please report it to office@uestimates.com with "Security" in the subject line (the same contact is in uestimates.com/.well-known/security.txt) and give us a reasonable time to fix it before you tell anyone else. Please do not access, change or delete data that is not yours while testing.

5.1You keep ownership of what you send us through the website. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, copy and store it for as long as we need to respond to you, provide our services and meet our legal duties.

5.2You confirm that what you send us is accurate, that you have the right to send it, and that it does not break anyone else's rights or the law.

5.3Please do not send confidential information through our forms. If you need to share confidential information about your business, ask us to sign a confidentiality agreement first.

6.1We, or the people who license material to us, own the intellectual property rights in the website and its content. This includes the text, design, software, the UEstimates name and logo, and the Askwick name.

6.2You may view the website and print or download extracts for your own use, or for internal use in your business when you are considering our services. You must not change the material, use any image separately from the text around it, or use our names or logos without our written permission.

6.3ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other product names belong to their owners. We use these names only to describe what our services work with. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic or Google.

7.1The website links to other websites for information only. We do not control them and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or how they use your data.

7.2You may link to our home page in a fair and lawful way that does not damage our reputation. You must not suggest that we endorse you unless we do.

8.1We may update or change the website at any time, for example to reflect changes in our services or the law.

8.2The website is free to use. We do not promise that it, or any part of it, will always be available or free of interruption.

8.3We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Please check them each time you use the website.

9.1Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for:

(a)death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

(b)fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

(c)any other liability that the law does not allow us to limit or exclude.

9.2If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable. We provide the website for domestic and private use, and we are not liable to consumers for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

9.3If you are a business, we provide the website and its content for information only, and we are not liable to you for any loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or reputation, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of the website or from relying on its content. Your contract with us for MCP services sets out our liability for those services.

10.1If you have a problem with the website or want to complain about it, email office@uestimates.com with "Complaint" in the subject line.

11.1These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

11.2If you are a consumer, you can bring legal proceedings about the website in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring them there, and you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live. If you are a business, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

11.3Each clause of these terms works separately. If a court decides that any clause is unlawful, the rest stay in full force.

11.4No one other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms.
