HR

An HR agent that answers everyone and decides nothing

Running since October 2026, for a partner companyWorking case · under NDA

It handles leave questions and requests at a partner company. We don't name the company. Code calculates every figure, and a person decides every request.

90 seconds, with sound. A reconstruction: the people, messages and figures are invented, because this agent works with real employees' data. The steps, the checks and the 09:27 morning run are real.

What it produces

  • A private message on a phone: you have 11 days of leave left. Invented figures.

  • A draft reply with the number 13 struck out in red and a note that the reply was stopped, followed by the corrected reply with 7 days. Invented figures.

  • An approval card for leave from 7 to 11 December, balance 11 to 6 days, and a shorter copy for managers with dates only. Invented figures.
Illustration · invented figuresApproval cardThe approver sees the balance and the person's words. Managers get the dates.
  • The 09:27 overview for managers: who is away today and who is back. Invented people.

How it works

  1. Step 1: Understand

Works out what the person wants: a balance, a rule or a request.
  2. Step 2: Code checks

Dates, overlaps and balances come from code, not from the model.
  3. Step 3: A person decides

The approver answers the card with a “+”. Only their account counts.
    A person
  4. Step 4: Book and tell

The days are booked and the person is told.
